Job opportunity: Change that Lasts Perpetrator Project Lead, Cardiff

Change that Lasts Perpetrator Project Lead Cardiff

A unique and exciting opportunity to contribute to the local implementation and delivery of a whole systems response to the perpetration of Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (VAWDASV).
This ambitious project is a partnership between Respect and Welsh Women’s Aid to develop an early intervention response to perpetrators of VAWDASV alongside the ‘Change that Lasts’ response to survivors. It is funded by the Police Transformation Fund and supported by the Office of South Wales Police Commissioner. The aim is to intervene with perpetrators as early as possible, increasing awareness, supporting behavioural change and increasing accountability, with the safety and wellbeing of survivors and children at the heart of the design.

Building on the established ‘Change that Lasts’ model of supporting survivors with a needs-led, strengths-based approach, this project is developing and piloting an early intervention response to perpetrators.
